* This is measured through a global anonymous employee satisfaction questionnaire. The survey is carried out every 18 months, the feedback is then cascaded down to the Managing Directors hence enabling adaptation of the measures undertaken.

Scope of pledges

United Machining operates in various markets around the world through a number of subsidiaries with clear operational and commercial boundaries. In Switzerland, the company is represented by United Machining. The pledges taken within the STI framework relate to the sustainability policy of United Machining. The latter is therefore accountable for their implementation within its scope of activity. Where these commitments directly reinforce the Group’s sustainability strategy, a special mention is added in the wording.
