Goal 1

Core Business

By 2025, we purchase 95 % of our supplies with an environmental, social or governance label recognised by the Swiss Accreditation Service, compared with 10 % in 2022, and we ensure that all our waste and chips are recycled by suppliers complying with our Supplier Code of Conduct.*

Goal 2

Internal Operations

By 2025, we produce a cumulative total of 360 MWh of renewable energy through the installation of our own photovoltaic equipment, compared with no renewable electricity production in 2022.

Goal 3

Internal operations

By 2025, 90% of our employees attend an annual training course of at least three days on average, to develop their professional skills.*

Watchdec SA operates in Switzerland. The pledges taken within the STI framework relate to the sustainability policy applying to all Watchdec SA operations carried out in Switzerland. The company is therefore accountable for their implementation within the limits of its scope of activity.
