Core Business

By 2026, we increase our turnover from services with added sustainability value to 5 %, compared with 1 % in 2022.*

* Services that contribute to sustainability include translation services and language consultations on the subjects of inclusion, gender, non-violent communication, accessibility, ecology, migration or sustainability reporting.

Goal 2

Internal Operations

By 2021 onwards, we ensure that at least 90 % of our freelancers are treated fairly, that at least 75 % of them consider their wages to be fair or very fair, and that there is no gender-based pay gap.*

By 2025, we offset 100 % of our tCO2eq emissions (Scope 1, 2 & 3), and by 2024, we commit to the SME Climate Commitment.

Scope of pledges

Translingua AG operates in Switzerland with freelancers abroad. The pledges taken within the STI framework apply to the sustainability policy for all activities of Translingua AG in Switzerland and in the relevant countries of the freelancers in question. The company is therefore accountable for their implementation within the limits of its field of activity.
