By 2028, at least 20 % of our data engineering consultants are women, compared with 3 % in 2024, thanks to our targeted actions in Swiss schools, events and media, increasing the number of female candidates and recruitments in the IT sector.*

Goal 4

Internal Operations

By 2028, our awareness-raising activities enable at least 50 executives and 200 students per year to adopt more responsible data management and digital practices, as measured by a 30 % increase in Responsible Digital initiatives in their organisations.*

By 2026, we improve the quality of life at work to achieve at least 80 % employee satisfaction compared with 2024, and achieve the Great Place to Work® certification.*

Scope of pledges

Synchrotech SA operates in Switzerland. The pledges taken within the STI framework relate to the sustainability policy applying to all Synchrotech SA operations carried out in Switzerland. The company is therefore accountable for their implementation within the limits of its scope of activity.
