By 2027, we will begin training our first apprentice in the field of bar turning and will then welcome one new apprentice per year.*
* This initiative is part of Rouages’ strategy to preserve and pass on watchmaking expertise, while actively contributing to the development of the new local bar turning apprenticeship programme.
Goal 2
In progress
Internal Operations
By 2026, we will generate at least 30% of the electricity we consume on site through our solar photovoltaic installations, compared to 3% in 2023, thereby reducing our direct and indirect energy-related emissions (Scope 2). By 2027, we will conduct our first comprehensive carbon assessment to establish a reduction trajectory aligned with the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) by 2028.
Goal 3
In progress
Supply Chain
By 2027, our main suppliers, representing more than 80% of our purchasing volume, will comply with the socio-environmental requirements of our Supplier Code of Conduct.*
* Every two years, Rouages will conduct an audit of each supplier that has signed the Code of Conduct, in the form of a tailor-made self-assessment questionnaire.
Goal 4
In progress
Internal Operations
By 2027, we will achieve an 80% satisfaction rate among our employees thanks to the implementation of a well-being concept.*
* The wellbeing concept includes training, social and sporting activities, so that everyone can progress, flourish and find a good balance within the company. Satisfaction rate measured internally using a method inspired by the Trust Index.
