OPAN concept is an engineering consultancy specialising in civil engineering, sustainable development and SIG applied to transport infrastructure. We put our skills in project management, asset management, concepts, implementation projects and expertise at the service of our clients with creativity and rigour. We are active throughout French-speaking Switzerland, with branches in Neuchâtel, Lausanne and Domdidier.

By 2028, we increase the proportion of our sales accounted for by sustainable development services to 35%, compared with 23% in 2023.*
* Sustainable development consultancy and general services for projects that make low-carbon mobility possible (e.g. public transport, soft mobility, electric mobility).

By 2029, we contribute to the advancement of standards in our field of activity by carrying out 30 pioneering projects to support public-sector clients in the transition to sustainable infrastructure.*
* Development of new sustainable development tools and standards, such as the SNBS infrastructure standard, and implementation of innovative practices.

Internal operations
By 2025, each of our employees attend at least one practical training course in sustainable development per year.*
* Training representing an average of 4 hours per employee, focused on techniques and innovations, and involving the provision of methods to be taken into account in projects.

By 2030, we reduce our CO2eq emissions (scopes 1, 2 & 3) to 1.4 t per full-time equivalent per year.*
* Our emissions were 3 t per FTE at the time of our first CO2 assessment in 2009; we have already reduced them by 43% in 10 years.

Scope of pledges

OPAN concept SA operates in Switzerland. The pledges taken within the STI framework relate to the sustainability policy applying to all operations of OPAN concept SA carried out in Switzerland. The company is therefore accountable for their implementation within the limits of its scope of activity.
