Its team of 40 employees, based in Geneva and Berne, has cutting-edge expertise in digital strategy, business analysis, UX and UI design, web and application development, storytelling and digital marketing. Idéative is part of the Point Prod Actua Group, which specialises in audiovisual and digital media.

By 2026, 85 % of the sites we create achieve a performance grade of B or better, through systematic evaluation of their performance, resulting in a significant reduction in their carbon footprint.*

* The performance grade is delivered by the third-party tool GTMetrix, which quantitatively measures loading speed, loading time, file size and number of requests.

By 2030, we reduce our tCO2eq emissions by 20 % (Scope 1, 2 & 3) compared with 2025, in line with the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi).*

* We contribute to our carbon reduction through the MyClimate Foundation or any other foundation with the same aim.

By 2028, 80 % of our main suppliers comply with our responsible purchasing charter.*

* Main suppliers by volume of purchases, representing 80 % of our total purchases. Annual sustainability assessment, based on ESG rating criteria according to the B Impact Assessment.

Internal Operations

By 2026, our employees benefit from 25 hours of training a year to support their employability and career development.*

* Individual, non-transferable package of hours. Each training course will be followed by an assessment to evaluate what has been learned and personalised HR support to maximise the impact on career development.

Scope of pledges

Idéative SA operates in Switzerland. The pledges taken within the STI framework relate to the sustainability policy applying to all operations of Idéative SA carried out in Switzerland. The company is therefore accountable for their implementation within the limits of its scope of activity.
