Goal 1

Core Business
By 2030, we increase the circularity rate of construction materials to 20%, compared to 10% in 2022, and multiply our biodiversity-friendly areas by 4, compared to 3% in 2022.*
* Furthermore, by 2040, we increase the circularity rate to 30%. This rate corresponds to the percentage of recycled raw materials reintegrated into the material lifecycle without loss of value (recycling and upcycling). Biodiversity-friendly areas are created on Groupe Grisoni’s extraction, landfill and operational sites, as well as on construction sites in agreement with our clients. Approximately half of these areas fall within the legal framework. The reference surface corresponds to the operational sites of the Group.

Goal 2

Internal Operations
By 2030, we reduce our CO₂ emissions (scopes 1, 2 and 3 combined) by 20% compared to 2022, equivalent to approximately 14,000 tonnes of CO₂-eq.*
* Furthermore, by 2040, we reduce our emissions by 50% in scopes 1 and 2 and by 30% in scope 3. An independent external partner is responsible for verifying and validating the CO₂ assessments.

Goal 3

Supply Chain
By 2030, 50% of our total contract value is concluded with suppliers who have signed our sustainable procurement charter, compared to 0% in 2024.*
* Furthermore, we systematically encourage our suppliers and clients to engage in a sustainability approach.

Goal 4

Internal Operations
y 2030, we commit to continuously improving the quality of working life of our employees, with a focus on their satisfaction, safety and health.*
* Satisfaction is measured by an e-NPS score between 30 and 50 based on surveys conducted among our employees. Data confidentiality and participant protection are guaranteed. Our stated objective is an accident frequency rate (AFR) of less than 30 (including 0 serious accidents) and an absenteeism rate of less than 3.5. The AFR corresponds to the number of accidents resulting in absence from the first day, relative to the number of hours actually worked across operations (construction sites, workshops and logistics). The focus is on training, awareness-raising and the systematic provision of PPE and safety equipment.
