* This is measured through a global anonymous employee satisfaction questionnaire. The survey is carried out every 18 months, the feedback is then cascaded down to the Managing Directors hence enabling adaptation of the measures undertaken.

By 2025, 100% of our key suppliers are assessed for their sustainability performance, compared to 0% in 2021.*

* Key suppliers representing 80% of direct procurement spend. Improvement for 10 key suppliers to improve and achieve at least the Ecovadis 45 % threshold before December 2025.
