Goal 1

Core Business

By 2030, we reduce our direct greenhouse gas emissions (Scope 1 & 2) by 42 % compared with 2024 and commit to the SME Climate Commitment, and by 2030, we measure our Scope 3 emissions and implement reduction measures in accordance with the SBTi Building Criteria.*

* By 2050, we reduce our direct greenhouse gas emissions (Scope 1 & 2) from 2024 to net zero. Participation in the SME Climate Commitment takes effect in 2026, and we publish our progress annually from that point onwards.

Goal 2

Supply Chain

By 2028, we review the environmental and social performance of at least 80% of our existing and future construction projects by implementing the SNBS pre-check, which leads to targeted adjustments in the planning process if the climate check result is below 50%.*

* To implement this, we conduct a trial run by the end of 2026 to involve employees and clarify any open questions. We support the process with a central tracking and consulting system.

Goal 3

Internal operations

By 2030, we achieve sustainable employee satisfaction of over 80 %, measured by an annual, scientifically based and anonymous survey that systematically covers all relevant aspects of the working environment from 2027 onwards and triggers concrete improvement measures.*

* The survey is developed in collaboration with external experts by mid-2027, tested internally and implemented annually from 2028 onwards. The results are reviewed together with employees, and improvement measures are implemented and followed up on a binding basis.

Goal 4

Internal Operations

By 2026, all our employees complete task-related further training in the field of sustainability and, within six months of completion, implement at least one concrete measure in their own area of work that demonstrably contributes to the achievement of our sustainability goals.*

* With a focus on ‘sustainable construction’ or ‘sustainability in the office’. The training courses are offered in collaboration with external partners (e.g. SIA, SGS, FHNW). Implementation is supported and documented by internal and external sustainability coaches.

Scope of pledges

CSG Baumanagement AG operates in Switzerland. The commitments made under the STI programme apply to the sustainability policy for all activities in Switzerland. CSG Baumanagement AG is therefore responsible for implementing them within the scope of its activities.
