* By working to reduce musculoskeletal disorders, to improve the integration of new employees and to provide support through awareness-raising on soft skills. The awareness-raising initiatives are based on the Afthonios platform, which covers various topics such as collaboration and teamwork, communication and relationships, personal and professional effectiveness, positive energy and well-being, management and leadership.

Scope of pledges

The Burdet Group operates in the Franco-Swiss Jura mountains through a number of subsidiaries with clearly defined operational and commercial boundaries. The commitments made under the STI apply to the sustainability policy of Brademont SAS. The latter is therefore responsible for their implementation within its scope of activity.
