Core Business

By 2026, we create a vocational institute within Azurea Technologie Horlogère to promote and ensure the preservation of AZUREA’s watchmaking skills.*

* By supporting an employee each year who wishes to pursue higher education while remaining employed by the company (reduction in working hours while maintaining a full salary). The company also commits to training 4 apprentices per year.

Internal Operations

By 2026, we reduce our CO2eq emissions (scopes 1, 2, and 3) by 25% compared to 590t CO2eq in 2022.*

* Furthermore, by 2030, we are reducing our tCO2eq emissions by 50%. Reduction trajectory validated by an independent third party and aligned with the Science-Based Targets initiative (SBTi).

Goal 3

Internal operations

By 2030, we reduce overall emissions of fine particles and HCHO (formaldehydes) by half compared to the average exposure limit values (VME), ensuring a healthy workplace and better control of our emissions into the environment.*

* We achieve the VME of 10 μg/m³ for PM10 and 62.5 μg/m³ for HCHO.

Goal 4

Internal Operations

By 2028, we reduce our potable water consumption per piece sold by 10% compared to 2022.*

* From 0.627 liters of water per piece sold in 2022 to 0.564 liters in 2028. Corresponding to a saving of nearly 384 liters of water per year.
