Core Business
By 2025, 55 % of the content we produce has a social positive impact, by raising awareness, supporting prevention, institutional and/or cultural purpose, compared to 44 % in 2022.*

Internal Operations
By 2025, we reduce our tCO2eq emissions by 6 % (Scopes 1 & 2) compared to 24 tCO2eq in 2021, and commit to the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) or the SME Climate Commitment (SME Climate Hub).*
* By 2030, we achieve Net Zero (Scopes 1, 2 & 3).

Goal 3

Internal operations
By 2025, we reach an employee well-being rate of 90 % for all our collaborators, compared with 60 % in 2022.*
* According to an anonymous well-being survey and by introducing the four-day week for all at 100 % based on a one year test phase.

By 2025, we ensure a total gender balance, guaranteeing equal pay for equal work, as well as equal representation in our governance bodies internally and in our external communications.*
* According to our Code of Ethics for non-discrimination, prevention of psychosocial risks and management of conflicts, as well as attacks on personality and to the overall wage evolution.

Scope of pledges

23bis SA operates in Switzerland. The pledges taken within the STI framework relate to the sustainability policy applying to all 23bis SA operations carried out in Switzerland. The company is therefore accountable for their implementation within the limits of its scope of activity.
