Goal 1

Core Business
By 2026, we increase the sales of sustainable products to 8.5 % of total sales compared with 7 % in 2022, promoting sustainable consumption.*
* This includes all products with sustainability labels in accordance with our guidelines. Our sustainability labels are published here https://www.transgourmet.ch/de/pg/produktewelt/im-fokus/nachhaltigkeit.

Goal 2

Supply Chain
By 2026, we ensure that at least 86 % of critical raw materials in the supply chain of our own brands meet internationally recognised minimum sustainable standards, exceeding legal requirements, and set up plans for the remaining 14 % to align them with the standards, to achieve full transparency and accountability of suppliers.*
* Critical raw materials with regard to environmental impact that apply to Transgourmet are: fruit & vegetables, coffee, cocoa, palm oil, soy (as animal feed), fish & seafood, wood & paper products. Sustainable minimum standards include labels and social standards, which are listed on the company website https://www.transgourmet.ch/de/pg/produktewelt/im-fokus/nachhaltigkeit.

Goal 3

Collective action
By 2030, we help reduce food waste in Switzerland by 50 % through our active role as a founding and board member of ‘United Against Waste’ in close collaboration with the Federal Office for the Environment (FOEN), as well as in cross-industry action groups as part of the national action plan.*
* By 2030 and building on our commitment, we maintain 99.5 % of food in our food formats used for human consumption through donations, optimized inventory management, and strong collaboration across the value chain, ensuring a measurable impact. Goal 5

Internal Operations
By 2030, as part of the Coop Group, we reduce our tCO2eq emissions by 42 % (Scope 1 & 2) and by 30 % on Scope 3 compared with our 2022 baseline including growth, in line with our validated Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) target (https://sciencebasedtargets.org/companies-taking-action#table).*
