Core Business

By 2028, 55 % of all our projects incorporate eco-responsible solutions, compared with 43 % in 2023, and from 2023 we measure the energy saved as a result of these actions.*

* Eco-responsible solutions involve any measure that reduces environmental impact, such as reducing energy consumption, core business waste or tCO2eq emissions, and increasing local purchasing (suppliers, service providers). The energy saved will be measured on the basis of the audits carried out.

Internal Operations

By 2028, we reduce the carbon footprint of all our employees’ business travel by 50 %, representing 2/3 of our tCO2eq emissions, and by 2025, we commit to the SME Climate Commitment.*

* As a service provider, business travel is our biggest source of emissions.

Goal 3

Internal operations

By 2028, we guarantee a high job satisfaction rate of 8.6 out of 10, regardless of our growth, thanks to improving the work-life balance, offering innovative working conditions for well-being and health, and maintaining employees’ purchasing power.*

* In relation to the score obtained in 2023 on the basis of a voluntary questionnaire assessed by an expert third party, with a participation rate of 95 %. Voluntary participation must not fall below this threshold.

Goal 4

By 2030, 95 % of our suppliers are local and responsible, signatories to and compliant with our ethical charter of responsible sourcing principles.*

* Proximity is defined as the most local: Nord Vaudois, French-speaking Switzerland, Switzerland, neighbouring countries. The remaining 5 % margin for products that cannot be supplied in Europe, or for which our customers have payment constraints.
