Goal 1

Core Business
By 2023, we transparently disclose the ESG rating of our main suppliers, i.e. insurers, collective foundations and health insurances, to our clients, to lead an ESG dialogue with our suppliers and customers.

Goal 2

Internal Operations
By 2024, we raise awareness of decent work for all and the relevance of Workplace Health Management among 80 % of our 250 major clients, of which the largest employers in Switzerland, by conducting over 800 visits to our clients and prospects.*
* With a total of approximately 250 clients. Workplace Health Management as defined by the Swiss Confederation.

Goal 3

Internal operations
By 2030, we reduce our absenteeism rate from the current 2.4 % to around 2.2 % in order to remain one of the best companies in our industry in benchmark comparisons thanks to targeted preventive measures and education, as well as by strengthening the physical and mental health, well-being and motivation of all employees.*
* Source: FSO – Working volume statistics, data as of 22 May 2025. Thanks to intensive efforts, our absence rate has fluctuated between 2% and 2.4% over the last four years (with one outlier during Covid) and is therefore below the industry average. However, based on our current knowledge, a figure below 2 % – as originally planned for 2023 – is not realistic. We have therefore decided to set our long-term target at 2.2 %.

Goal 4

Internal Operations
By 2030, we reduce our tCO2eq emissions by 50 % (Scopes 1 & 2) compared to 2019, aiming at being Net Zero.*
* By 2024, we commit to the Science Based Targets Initiative (SBTi).
