Goal 1

Core Business

By 2023, we transparently disclose the ESG rating of our main suppliers, i.e. insurers, collective foundations and health insurances, to our clients, to lead an ESG dialogue with our suppliers and customers.

Goal 2

Internal Operations

By 2024, we raise awareness of decent work for all and the relevance of Workplace Health Management among 80 % of our 250 major clients, of which the largest employers in Switzerland, by conducting over 800 visits to our clients and prospects.*

Goal 3

Internal operations

By 2023, we reduce the absenteeism rate to 2 % and promote decent work for all by strengthening mental and physical health and well-being and motivation of all our employees.*

* 2,4 % in 2021 (over 3 days per year). With the longer term goal of 1,8 % by 2026.

Internal Operations

By 2030, we reduce our tCO2eq emissions by 50 % (Scopes 1 & 2) compared to 2019, aiming at being Net Zero.*

* By 2024, we commit to the Science Based Targets Initiative (SBTi).

Scope of pledges

Kessler & Co AG operates in Switzerland. The pledges taken within the STI framework apply to the sustainability policy for the company’s activities. The company is therefore accountable for their implementation within its scope of activity.
