Core Business

By 2028, we achieve high-performance sustainability status for 80% of our software solutions in terms of architecture and infrastructure to ensure optimised handling of our customers’ processes.*

* High-performance sustainability status means optimising efficiency and minimising energy consumption, using modular microservice architectures, reducing physical hardware and operating solutions in the cloud. Virtualisation and infrastructure sharing achieve better resource utilisation, which saves approximately 30 % energy compared with standard performance.

Supply Chain

By 2028, we source 80 % of our goods from suppliers in the greater Bern area with whom we will jointly define measurable sustainability targets and implement them wherever possible, focusing on reducing transport emissions and promoting long-term, trusting partnerships.

Goal 3

Internal operations

By 2028, we achieve an average employee satisfaction rate of 80% in relation to career development, equal opportunities and working conditions, measured by an annual employee survey and a follow-up of the results as part of individual year-end reviews.*

* Employee satisfaction is measured against previous years using an evaluation grid defined by the management and evaluated by an external third-party organisation. The following initiatives are among the top three measures: equal opportunities for junior staff, family-friendly working conditions, combating the shortage of skilled workers by retaining employees in the long term.

Internal Operations

By 2028, 80 % of our employees complete at least one training or development program matching their individual profile, and obtain a degree from a computer science-related training institution, recognised by a university or equivalent to a university degree.
