Goal 1

Core Business
We reduce our tCO₂eq emissions to net zero by 2030 (Scope 1 & 2), in line with the Science Based Targets Initiative (SBTi).*
* This is achieved through absolute emissions reductions and by switching entirely to renewable energy at our operational sites. Scope 3 emissions are currently being calculated and will be reduced by 2030.

Goal 2

Core Business
By 2030, 50 % of our new media facades are energy self-sufficient or integrated into sustainable energy systems, compared with 10 % in 2025.*
* 50 % in the area of media facades corresponds to a predicted turnover of 1.9 million CHF for the year 2030. This represents a share of at least 15 % of iart’s total turnover. Sustainable energy systems mean renewable energy systems.

Goal 3

Supply Chain
By 2030, 80 % of our main suppliers, measured by purchasing volume, meet our criteria for responsible procurement, including requirements for sustainability, circularity and reparability.*
*All suppliers sign our Charter for Supplier Relations, which is validated by an audit, with the audit report published on our website.

Goal 4

Internal Operations
By 2030, we contribute to improving employee health by reducing stress in the workplace, measured by a regular Job Stress Analysis, and achieving a Job Stress Index below 40 %.*
* Carried out in collaboration with Health Promotion Switzerland: https://www.fws-jobstressanalysis.ch/.
