Fondation St-Louis

Since its creation in 1990, the Fondation St-Louis has been recognised as a public utility and is included in the cantonal planning of institutions for people with disabilities. The St-Louis Foundation is recognised by the State of Fribourg for the mandates entrusted to it, namely: the reception, occupation and reintegration of adults with psychological and/or social difficulties.

Goal 1

Core Business
By 2030, we provide housing and social reintegration support to 20 homeless and/or disadvantaged people within our MonToit structure, compared with 10 people in 2022.

Internal Operations
By 2025, we increase the share of renewable energy in our main facility with 95 %, compared with 60 % in 2022.

Supply chain
By 2027, our main kitchen writes and meets the requirements of our responsible procurement charter, which was developed on the principles of environmental sustainability to optimise energy and resource efficiency.*

Goal 4

Collective action
By 2025, each beneficiary and staff member actively participates in at least one collective event per year, raising the awareness of the regional community on the challenges of SDG 5, 12, and 15 at the local level.

Scope of pledges

The St-Louis Foundation operates in Switzerland. The pledges taken within the STI framework relate to the sustainability policy applying to all the St-Louis Foundation operations carried out in Switzerland. The company is therefore accountable for their implementation within the limits of its scope of activity.
