The Buissonnets Foundation supports and assists children, young people, and adults with special educational needs and disabilities. Our mandates range from early education to therapy, from specialized teaching to remedial pedagogy.

Goal 1

Core Business

By 2035, we renovate 20% of our premises to improve the well-being of our beneficiaries.*

* Renovations will include increasing the number of rooms for beneficiaries, creating an adapted sports hall, and centralizing facilities to reduce travel distances. The pedagogical aspect is not considered. Total surface area of our premises: 23,000 m². Renovation work will begin in 2030.

By 2030, we reduce our CO2eq emissions (Scopes 1, 2 & 3) by 15% compared to the baseline year 2022.

By 2030, we achieve a satisfaction rate of at least 80% among our employees compared to the year 2025.*

* Satisfaction will be assessed through an internal survey.

Goal 4

Supply Chain

By 2030, 80% of our suppliers are local, responsible, and compliant with our purchasing policy.*

* The purchasing policy defines proximity by prioritizing the most local: French-speaking Switzerland and Switzerland as a whole.

Scope of pledges

The Fondation Les Buissonnets operates in Switzerland. The pledges taken within the STI framework relate to the sustainability policy applying to all the Fondation Les Buissonnets operations carried out in Switzerland. The company is therefore accountable for their implementation within the limits of its scope of activity.
