By 2025, one third of our annual revenue comes from sustainability consulting and communication mandates, compared to 5 % in 2022.*

By 2025, 100 % of our company is owned by employees who wish to acquire ownership of B+G Partners, compared to 57 % in 2023.*
* The process involves all employees. Board of Directors and shareholders proposing to each employee the principles, conditions and process for access to the company’s share capital and decision-making bodies. The same bodies respect the decision of those who do not wish to become shareholders in the company.

Supply Chain
By 2025, our 15 main suppliers, representing 70 % of our annual purchasing volume, meet our socially and environmentally responsible procurement objectives, compared to none in 2022.*

By 2030, we achieve Net Zero (Scopes 1, 2 & 3) and commit to the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi).

B+G & Partners SA operates in Switzerland. The pledges taken within the STI framework relate to the sustainability policy applying to all B+G & Partners SA operations carried out in Switzerland. The company is therefore accountable for their implementation within the limits of its scope of activity.
