Core Business
By 2027, we increase our annual revenue from sustainability services five-fold compared with a 2023 baseline.*
* Sustainability services include activities that directly impact organisational sustainability, such as “Sustainability Audit” and “Sustainability Advisory”. Recognising sustainability as an integral part of the way we do business, we implement the following actions in parallel : every new hire completes a minimum 30-minute sustainability-and-ethics onboarding, and 100 % of employees refresh these principles each year through Code-of-Conduct training delivered via internal events, specialist seminars and e-learning.

By 2027, we achieve an employee satisfaction rate of 80 % in terms of career development opportunities, working conditions and fair treatment regardless of gender, in line with the Great Place to Work® certification guidelines.

Scope of pledges

BDO AG operates in Switzerland. The pledges taken within the STI framework relate to the sustainability policy applying to all operations of BDO AG carried out in Switzerland. The company is therefore accountable for their implementation within the limits of its scope of activity.
