By 2027, we increase our annual turnover from sustainability services fivefold, compared with a 2023 baseline.*

* Sustainability services include activities that directly impact organisational sustainability, specifically those recorded under product codes 102070 “Sustainability Audit” and 303050 “Sustainability Advisory”. In parallel we implement the following enabling actions: – 100% of Board Members undergo a one-day sustainability training during the first year, followed by annual half-day refresher courses. – 80% of Key Account Managers are trained as sustainability ambassadors through advanced sustainability training programs. – 80% of all employees participate in foundational sustainability training, equipping them with essential knowledge and skills. Annual turnover is measured in Swiss Francs (CHF).
