Goal 1

Core Business
By 2030, we reduce our tCO2₂eq emissions by 42 % (Scope 1, 2 & 3) compared with 2023, in line with the Science Based Targets Initiative (SBTi).*
* Alignment with the SBTi validated by an expert climate organisation. We implement a decarbonisation strategy and calculate the % change in tCO2eq/year per m2GFA, and evaluating sustainable development performance ahead of decisions. From 639 kg CO₂-eq/m² GFA in 2024 to 392 kg CO₂-eq/m² GFA in 2030, relating our total emissions to the built surface area (kilograms of CO₂ equivalent per square meter of Gross Floor Area) to measure and compare the carbon footprint of each construction project. By 2040, we become ‘Climate Positive’, going beyond the goal of zero carbon emissions, by removing additional tCO2₂eq emissions from the atmosphere.

Goal 2

Core Business
By 2030, we systematically offer 100 % of our customers low-carbon solutions, expanding the customer offering with sustainable development projects.*
* Monitoring based on two indicators: 1) Proportion of low-carbon solutions selected: ratio between the total impact in tCO2₂eq avoided thanks to the ecological options chosen and the total impact of the initial requests. 2) Adoption rate of low-carbon alternatives: ratio between the tCO2₂eq impact of the green solutions actually selected and that of all the alternatives proposed. See pledge 3 concerning training for all our staff in innovative eco-responsible construction techniques and materials and in low-carbon solutions practices.

Goal 3

Internal operations
By 2027, we strengthen the skills of all our employees in sustainable development and construction by introducing a continuous training programme spread over 3 years per person, in order to improve their expertise, their employability and the integration of the best environmental practices in our projects.*
* We thus guarantee an increase in sustainable and impactful skills, by setting up a structured continuing training programme with a minimum allocation of CHF 35,000 per year, measured in particular by the number of training hours completed per employee (smoothed average over 3 years) and the concrete application of the skills acquired in the projects.

Goal 4

Supply Chain
By 2030, at least 70 % of our subcontracting partners comply with our environmental impact reduction strategy defined at the end of 2024, verified through a standardised evaluation process integrated into purchasing decisions.*
* Evaluation process including: – Expanding the customer offer with sustainable development projects, calculating the number of CSR points of tenders, obtained on the total number of points of tenders. – Optimising recycling, waste management and reuse on our sites by: the quantity of recyclable waste out of the total quantity of waste in tonnes (recycling), and by the total number of pre-inventories of recycling centres out of the total number of demolitions (reuse).

Goal 5

Internal Operations
By 2030, we significantly reduce the number of non-compliances on construction sites involving our subcontractors and thus improve our Occupational Health and Safety compliance rate to 90 %, compared with 61 % in 2024.*
* We improve safety at work by implementing preventive measures, regular audits (by our employees and by the entity that carries out safety audits on our construction sites), optimised compliance with HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) standards and increased awareness among all employees. Through the support of an external expert organisation.
