This STI programme supports municipalities in defining and implementing a concrete and coherent sustainability strategy. Designed for members of the executive, legislative bodies, committees, and/or municipal administration, the programme helps identify the key challenges of the territory, build a strategic vision, and define impactful actions through three workshops — prioritisation, structuring, and transformation.
The programme also fosters intermunicipal collaboration, synergies between stakeholders, and the pooling of efforts to accelerate the sustainable transition for the benefit of citizens and the three dimensions of sustainability.
Practical tools to strengthen the municipality’s sustainable development approach and deploy it internally, while involving the executive, legislative bodies, committee members, and municipal employees.
Definition of 3 to 5 commitments (progressive commitments across 3 levels). These commitments are concrete, measurable, and adapted to the municipality, supported by a precise action plan (with the possibility of shared commitments between several municipalities if desired).
