Goal 1

Core Business

By 2030, we reduce the annual energy consumption (Scope 1, 2 & 3) of our managed properties by a cumulative 16 % compared with 2025.*

* Scope 1, 2 & 3 of our managed properties: – Scope 1: e.g. replacement of oil heating – Scope 2: e.g. lower district heating consumption – Scope 3: includes both upstream and downstream indirect emissions. The targets refer to relative energy consumption, with absolute values to be defined in kWh/m² by the end of 2025.

Goal 2

Core Business

By 2030, we create 2.5 to 3 hectares of near-natural habitats on the properties managed by Von Graffenried AG Liegenschaften in the city of Bern.*

* This is achieved through an average of 50 m² of biodiverse green space per property, representing 25 % of the surrounding areas of urban properties converted into natural habitats, as defined by the Fachstelle Stadtgrün Bern and implemented by an external third party.

Goal 3

Internal operations

By 2027, we provide all our employees with a comprehensive, future-oriented training and development programme to ensure their employability and adaptability in a changing real estate market.*

* This ensures that at least 75 % of the workforce has essential skills, particularly in the areas of digitalisation, legal frameworks and environmental management. Learning success is measured using a scientifically validated assessment model that is applied before and after targeted, impact-oriented development measures.
