Goal 1

Core Business

By 2027, we reduce our energy consumption by 15%, based on 5400 KWh/year per employee in 2021.*

* Corresponding to a reduction of 60 kg C02 per employee.

By 2025, we increase the proportion of renewable energy used in our activities to 25%, compared with 0% in 2023.*

* Installation of a photovoltaic panel plant on our building, producing a total of 350 MWh.

Internal operations

By 2027, 100% of our employees have a workstation adapted to their body shape, ensuring their well-being and health in the workplace, compared with 5% in 2023.*

* According to the SECO analysis recommended in Ordinance 3 of the Labour Law, with annual personalised advice for all our employees in the industrial production and administrative sectors.

Goal 4

Internal Operations

By 2026, we train 100% of our employees in sustainable behaviour, at a rate of at least half a day a year, and will include this point in the onboarding of our future employees. In addition, we are integrating eco-construction as a basic model for the definition of our future production machinery in order to improve energy efficiency.*
