Goal 1

Core Business

By 2028, we contribute to extending the lifespan of all machines in our bar turning sector, by systematically carrying out level 3 maintenance on at least 100 machines, compared with level 1 and 2 maintenance in 2023.*

* Carrying out level 3 out of 5 maintenance by training our in-house technicians. The most advanced level 3 maintenance within the limits of specialised in-house intervention (complex preventive actions to avoid the return of machines), in accordance with standard NF-X 60-010.

Goal 2

Internal Operations

By 2025, we reduce energy consumption for heating our main building by at least 17 % compared with 2022.* * Overall energy consumption reduction trajectory from 43,000 kWh in 2016 to a projected 376,000 kWh in 2025.

Goal 3

Internal operations

By 2025, we generate a total of 15,000 kWh of renewable energy through the installation of our own photovoltaic power plant.

By 2025, all our workstations in the manual assembly workshop are validated by an ergonomist, ensuring physical well-being in the workplace.
