The ARSA Group, founded in 1994, comprises André Repond SA and ARSA Constructions SA. It specialises in building and civil engineering, and has a reputation for flexibility, meeting deadlines and innovation. With more than 140 employees, the group carries out projects in various regions, promoting ecology. Goal 1

Core Business
By 2027, we increase the circularity of our materials and resources (site waste, energy, water) by 20% compared with 2023, while reducing our non-recyclable waste to a threshold of 2% of sales (compared with a base threshold of 2.4% calculated for 2023).*
* Circularity: optimising the equipment we use in order to reduce the waste generated on our sites and cut our consumption of resources.

Goal 2

Internal Operations
By 2030, we reduce our carbon emissions (scopes 1 and 2) by 45%, from 1,155 tonnes of CO2 in 2023 to 635 tonnes, in line with the Paris targets.*
* At the same time, we reduce emissions from scope 3 by 2.5% per year and obtain the Carbon Fri label. By taking these measures, we are aligning ourselves with the objectives of the Paris Agreements and the requirements of the Swiss Confederation’s CO2 Act (revised).

Goal 3

Internal operations
By 2025, we reduce short-term absenteeism by 63%, from 316 hours per 100 employees in 2023 to 200 hours per 100 employees in 2025.*
* Short-term absenteeism defined as absences of less than 5 consecutive days. To achieve this, we will be implementing key measures such as ongoing training, improving individual and collective facilities, adopting flexible working practices, creating optimal working conditions, and putting in place appropriate procedures to ensure the well-being and overall satisfaction of our employees.

Supply chain
By 2025, 80% of our suppliers have signed our Supplier Code of Conduct and are located within 100km of the place of use.*

Internal Operations
By 2028, we are committed to the professional development of our employees by ensuring that 80% of vacancies, including those arising from retirement, are filled by internal employees who have completed our succession programme.*
