Digital Content & Web Coordinator

We’re excited to offer you the opportunity to join our team as a Web Designer Intern. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience and mentorship in a dynamic and impactful environment.

Core responsabilities

40% – Website Content & User Experience:

  • Shape and continuously improve our digital presence by building clear, engaging, and strategic website narratives across our programmes and initiatives.
  • You will translate complex sustainability topics into accessible and compelling web content, ensuring a strong user journey and consistent storytelling.
  • You will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining this content directly on our website (WordPress), ensuring accuracy, usability, and visual coherence.

50% – Digital Strategic Content Development:

  • Strengthen B Lab Switzerland’s positioning as a driver of sustainable development in Switzerland through evidence-based content and performance-driven marketing approaches (on newsletters, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant channels).
  • Support our communication strategy by creating innovative and engaging content formats that highlight our mission and community members.
  • Maintain close coordination with internal teams to stay up to date on programmes and projects, and translate their needs into strategic and impactful content (text and graphic design).
  • Contribute to strategic positioning via graphic designs and compelling narratives across digital channels and key events (e.g. Swiss Impact Forum, Davos, Swiss Future Award).
  • Craft compelling narratives and graphic designs about innovative and inspiring members of our ecosystem, highlighting the business case for sustainability.

10% – Analytics & Optimisation:

  • Monitor website and social media performance, generate insights, and continuously optimise content, structure, and user experience.

Preferred qualifications, skills & knowledge

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, communications, marketing or similar fields; or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated experience in website content creation and implementation, storytelling, and user experience (UX)
  • Experience working with CMS tools (WordPress, Divi Builder) and publishing content independently
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills in French or German, with fluency in English; German/French is a plus
  • Creative and structured thinker, able to translate complex topics into clear and engaging narratives
  • Experience managing social media channels and analysing performance metrics
  • Proactive and autonomous team player with strong organisational skills
  • Demonstrated interest in sustainability and social impact

Digital & Technical Skills:

  • Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
  • Google Suite (Google Slides, Docs, Sheets)
  • Canva
  • Basic photography skills (events ~50 people, portraits) and editing
  • Website and domain management (Infomaniak, Gandi)
  • WordPress (Divi Builder, Elementor)

Working arrangements

  • Start date: July at the latest
  • Location: Zürich or Lausanne
