This panel brings together leaders from diverse sectors, including banking, coffee, and a trusted sustainability label, to explore a redefined vision of prosperity: one that balances long-term success with social and environmental responsibility.
Each panelist will share how this concept is directly relevant to their work and the concrete actions they are taking: Nespresso’s focus on regenerative practices rather than extraction, Banque Bonhôte’s approach to transformative capital allocation to support sustainable growth, and Max Havelaar’s commitment to purpose, wellbeing, and social cohesion through human-rights-focused initiatives.
The discussion will reveal how each sector contributes to a shared understanding of prosperity in Switzerland and inspire the audience to translate these insights into action, from aligning investments with sustainability goals, to embracing circularity, to strengthening connections across supply chains. Together, the panel demonstrates that real prosperity balances profit with people and the planet, and that collective thinking is key to meaningful transformation. Leaders aren’t just asking, “Is it profitable?” but also, “Does it strengthen social cohesion? Keep us within planetary boundaries? Build resilience?”
The panel will encourage reflection on how a collective rethinking of prosperity can drive meaningful transformation and long-term impact across all sectors of society.
