Amid growing global challenges, it was time to rethink how we define success. Drawing on the Swiss Impact and Prosperity Initiative (SIPI), the 2025 Forum’s theme introduced a new paradigm for long-term success that guided our Deep Dives, keynotes, and panels, and engaged leaders from business, policy, academia, and civil society. SIPI highlighted the need for a shared narrative around enduring prosperity and ways to work together to bring it to life. Through SIPI, the Forum aimed to redefine this narrative and build the collaborative architecture that moved participants from fragmented efforts to coherent action across Switzerland.
This Forum brought together business executives, sustainability experts, policymakers, academics, and entrepreneurs, leveraging collective intelligence to further explore the shift from an impact-driven focus to long-term prosperity. The programme was designed to foster collaboration, deepen resilience, and empower leaders to champion a new kind of prosperity, one that creates lasting value not just for business, but for society and the planet as a whole.
Together, participants redefined prosperity by breaking silos, sparking bold ideas, and beginning to build lasting impact.

The Swiss Impact Forum really creates a space where you can not only network and exchange ideas, but I find, especially in the breakout sessions, there’s really time to go properly into details and also take something away and bring it home.

It’s nice to see everyone get together once a year. We learn new things and meet new people, and it’s great to see that the old ones are still around and that we’re still working together to do good.

“You can talk with all sorts of people from different industries and learn from them. Otherwise, you’re always in your own bubble, and here you can get a bit of a different perspective and find out what other industries are doing to have a positive impact.”
