Goal 1

Core Business

By 2024, two thirds of our assets under management in the areas of pensions, strategy funds, investment advisory plus and electronic asset management are positioned more sustainably compared to the benchmark index in terms of MSCI ESG Fund Rating and carbon footprint.

Internal Operations

By 2030, we are Net Zero (Scopes 1 & 2), and we set a target validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) for Scope 3 (https://sciencebasedtargets.org/companies-taking-action#table) by end 2023.*

Goal 3

Internal operations

By 2024, we achieve equal pay for all employees, within the statistical tolerance threshold of ±5 %, and increase our gender balance in the long run, aiming at a minimum of one third of each gender represented at management levels.*

* 2023 baseline of women in the following functions: Board of Directors: 57,1 %, Top Management: 33,3 %, Upper Management: 16,1 %, Middle Management: 20,7 %.

PostFinance AG operates in Switzerland. The pledges taken within the STI framework apply to the sustainability policy for all activities of PostFinance AG in Switzerland. The company is therefore accountable for their implementation within the limits of its field of activity.
