Goal 1

Core Business

By 2030, we increase the number of homes adapted for people who are ageing and/or have reduced mobility to 16, compared with 8 in 2023.

Goal 2

Core Business

By 2030, we double the number of home support workers to 15, compared with 7 in 2023, and increase the number of job coaches to 5, compared with 1 in 2023.

Goal 3

By 2028, we reduce the CO2 impact of the food supplied in our institution by 20% compared with 12.5 tCO2eq in 2022. * According to a study carried out in collaboration with the SANU, highlighting food as one of the main emission sectors.

Scope of pledges

Fondation Ateliers Résidences Adultes operates in Switzerland. The pledges taken within the STI framework relate to the sustainability policy applying to all Fondation Ateliers Résidences Adultes operations carried out in Switzerland. The company is therefore accountable for their implementation within the limits of its scope of activity.
