Core Business
By 2030, we reduce our tCO2eq emissions (Scope 1, 2 & 3) compared with 2022, in line with the reduction target within our commitment to the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) in 2023, particularly 50 % on scope 1 & 2.*
* SBTi short- and long-term greenhouse gas reduction targets for Scope 1, 2 & 3. By 2050, we achieve Net Zero (Scope 1, 2 & 3).

By 2030, we reduce food waste by 50 % compared with 2023, including production waste, surplus production and plate returns.*
* In line with the food waste reduction target set by the Federal Office for the Environment.

Internal operations
By 2030, we improve working conditions for our employees and achieve an employee experience score of 83 %, compared with 80 % in 2022.*
* According to a survey conducted in collaboration with an third party expert.

Internal Operations
By 2030, we yearly organise training workshops for 25 % of our guests within the Corporate and Education divisions, on balanced and sustainable food, and on food waste.*
* Through collaborations with schools and companies, by implementing effective actions in the restaurants: workshops, training courses and presentations by experts in the field.

Supply Chain
By 2030, we source 50 % of the purchasing for our restaurants from suppliers committed to a recognised CSR approach, compared with 20% in 2024.*
* Recognised CSR commitments: ISO 14001 / 45001 / 26000, B Corp, Members of the STI Directory, EcoEntreprise, Entreprise citoyenne, Sedex, Label Lucie. In addition, we activate our value chain by committing 80 % of our suppliers to the STI program, and encourage them to set tCO2eq footprint reduction targets in line with the SBTi trajectory. Percentage of sales generated from suppliers with a CSR commitment.
