B’VM Beratung AG

B’VM supports non-profit organisations (NGOs) in their development through consultancy, knowledge transfer and practical implementation. For over 40 years, B’VM has been passing on its expertise in organisational and strategic development, recruitment, finance, etc. to its clients. Goal 1

Core Business
By 2027, we systematically embed and integrate sustainability topics into our consulting processes and ensure that at least one third of our revenue comes from impactful sustainability projects, compared with 27.4 % in 2023, which bring about measurable transformations for our clients.*
* We develop consulting products on sustainability topics and integrate them into strategy, organisational development and recruiting processes. These include gender equality, diversity, equal opportunities, sustainable consumption and production as well as participation, inclusion and governance. In addition, all our consultants follow a comprehensive sustainability training to deepen their expertise and maximise the transformative impact of our consulting services.

Goal 2

Internal Operations
By 2028, we achieve an almost balanced gender distribution at management body level, compared with 37.5 % consultants, 28.6 % partners, 33.3 % Executive Board and 25 % Board of Directors in 2024, thereby strengthening inclusive decision-making processes.*
* We implement targeted measures in the areas of recruitment, promotion and corporate culture. The definition of ‘gender balance’ and the criteria for measuring progress are documented and tracked transparently in order to make our commitment to gender equality transparent.

Goal 3

Internal operations
By 2027, we apply our sustainability policy to at least two thirds of our own events and at least one third of our customers’ events in order to measurably reduce our environmental footprint and strengthen social and inclusive standards.*
* This corresponds to around 10 of our own annual events and around 10 annual events of our customers. Our newly developed sustainability policy sets out binding guidelines on mobility, catering, use of resources and responsible local suppliers. Events include member or delegate meetings, congresses, seminars, conferences and training courses that B’VM organises either for customers or for internal purposes. 30 % of the events we organise are our own, 70 % are customer events. Compliance with sustainability criteria is monitored through clear benchmarks and regular evaluations.

Goal 4

Internal Operations
By 2028, we reduce our tCO₂eq emissions (Scope 1 & 2) and our ongoing energy consumption by at least 33% compared with 2024, and by 2026 we commit to the SME Climate Commitment.*
* Through energy-efficient infrastructure, sustainable operational measures, and optimised use of our office space. Progress is monitored using energy efficiency benchmarks and regular reports.
