Chronic. opens its capital: when a B Corp coffee brand relies on the community to accelerate its impact
There are milestones in the life of a company, and this is undoubtedly one of them: Chronic., the Swiss specialty coffee brand and certified B Corp, is launching its first public investment campaign.
From December 22 to February 5, anyone who shares its vision can now become a shareholder and support the brand in its next phase of growth.
This decision is not simply a financial move.
It is a conscious choice to strengthen a model where impact and community go hand in hand.
Why is Chronic. opening up its capital?
For several years now, Chronic. has established itself as a committed player in sustainable coffee in Switzerland.
Local roasting in Chêne-Bourg, certified organic, Fairtrade, and 1% for the Planet coffees, transparency in its supply chains, fossil fuel-free logistics via Bean2me, commitment to a circular economy…
The brand has built itself by combining quality, sustainability, and accessibility. Today, it wants to take the next step: accelerate its development in Switzerland, expand into Europe, and further strengthen its positive impact.
Rather than relying on traditional bank financing, Chronic. has chosen a path consistent with its B Corp values: enabling its community to become co-owners and active participants in its expansion.
A public campaign that embodies B Corp values
The investment campaign, available from December 22, 2025, to February 5, 2026, is in line with the principles of openness, transparency, and responsible governance that are dear to B Corp-certified companies.
It allows anyone interested – customers, coffee lovers, partners, and engaged citizens – to:
become a shareholder in an already profitable company,
support a sustainable and local model,
participate in the transition to more responsible coffee,
and accompany an ambitious Swiss brand in its expansion.
It is an inclusive approach that puts the community back at the heart of major decisions.
After all, if a company thrives thanks to those who support it, why not give them access to its success as well?
An ambitious project for the years to come
The opening up of the capital supports several concrete projects:
increasing roasting capacity (a second piece of equipment will arrive in 2026),
developing distribution in Switzerland and Europe,
opening three stores in Switzerland in 2026,
continuing the transition to increasingly sustainable packaging,
Through this campaign, Chronic. aims to bring together shareholder ambassadors who are convinced that coffee can be delicious, transparent, and deeply committed.
Join the adventure: a unique opportunity to support a sustainable model
The public campaign is open to anyone who wants to contribute to a fairer, more traceable, and more environmentally friendly coffee model.
It is aimed at those who see consumption as an act of impact and who believe that a company can grow while remaining true to its values.
