Ecosystem Engagement & Marketing Specialist – (80-100%)

You’ll help shape how we engage with our growing community of businesses working to build a more inclusive, regenerative economy, while developing your own expertise in sustainability communications and ecosystem management.

B Lab Switzerland is a non for profit foundation. We work to transform the economy to benefit all people, communities, and the planet. Our activities include Educational program,the Swiss Triple Impact programme, the B Corp movement, and multi-stakeholder coalitions driving systems change across industries. 

Core responsabilities

Strategic Projects & Events

  • Support the design, launch, and project management of engagement initiatives, events, and mandated projects such as B Corp Month, B Together, Swiss Future Award, Igeho, and Mission Innovation as well as the design and delivery of thematic coalitions (e.g. Coffee Coalition, Hospitality Coalition) by managing agendas, timelines, agendas and stakeholder engagement.
    • Support coalition partners and engagement initiatives.
    • Organize its project plans,events, set goals and KPIs, and drive initiatives that expand the coalition’s reach and impact across industries.
    • Ensure strong, consistent member engagement and collaboration.
  • Strengthen B Lab’s presence and the promotion of our coalitions and initiatives through outreaches, targeted campaigns, partnerships, and event promotions.
  • Contribute to the organisation of the Swiss Impact Forum, our flagship annual event with 450 + participants.
    • From coordinating logistics, to engaging with partners, and contributing with communications to ensure an engaging, high-quality experience.

Ecosystem Activation & Engagement

  • Build and maintain relationships with B Corps, Swiss Triple Impact participants, and partners across sectors.
    • Support onboarding, community calls, newsletters, and communications across channels.
  • Use our CRM to track engagement, identify growth opportunities, and measure impact.
  • Gradually take ownership of engagement strategies that deepen relationships and foster collaboration.

Marketing & Communications

  • Create and adapt mission-driven content for social media, newsletters, and presentations.
  • Develop stories that showcase impact and highlight collaboration opportunities within the B Ecosystem.
  • Work closely with our Communications & Community Manager to ensure consistency of message and tone.

Preferred qualifications, skills & knowledge

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Sustainability, Communications, Marketing or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and strategic project management skills, able to juggle multiple priorities with accuracy and creativity 
  • Speaks fluent German and English (French is a plus).
  • A collaborative team spirit with the ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Is flexible and agile, comfortable navigating a dynamic and evolving work environment.
  • Shows initiative and ownership, taking responsibility for results and driving projects forward from concept to completion.
  • Has a genuine interest in sustainability, systems change, and impact-driven business models, and is motivated by the mission of B Lab.
  • Ideal starting day by beginning of January 2026
