🔹About the Role

B Lab Switzerland Foundation is seeking an experienced and mission-driven professional to join our leadership team. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape strategic sustainability programming and drive systemic change within the Swiss economy. You will be responsible for designing and leading transformative programs such as the Swiss Triple Impact (STI) and the Swiss Impact & Prosperity Initiative (SIPI).
As a senior leader, you will work at the intersection of program design, stakeholder engagement, sustainability strategy, and thought leadership—bringing your expertise to inspire companies to transition toward more regenerative and inclusive business models.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

As a senior leader, you will:

Lead the development, design, and delivery of sustainability programs, learning journeys, and stakeholder engagements from strategy to execution.
Manage multi-stakeholder initiatives aligned with B Lab Switzerland’s strategic priorities (notably STI and SIPI).
Facilitate high-impact workshops for business leaders, helping translate insights into actionable plans.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure consistency across program content, communications, and impact measurement.
Monitor sustainability and regulatory trends to integrate into programmatic content and tools.
Support organizational strategy and innovation through continuous feedback and co-leadership.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen, Fähigkeiten und Kenntnisse

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in corporate sustainability, ESG, or strategic program leadership in a mission-driven or business environment.
Proven track record in designing and facilitating workshops or executive learning sessions.
Strong project management skills, including multi-stakeholder coordination and impact reporting.
Ability to transform complex sustainability topics into accessible, credible, and inspiring content.
Fluency in English, French, and German (written and spoken).
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven, collaborative, and comfortable with agile, entrepreneurial environments.
A clear commitment to systems change, equity, and sustainability.
