Digital Content Coordinator

B Lab Switzerland office is looking for a rockstar Communications & PR junior to join its team and support its activities!

Your mission

  • Digital content development: Support our communication strategy by creating innovative and engaging content formats that highlight our mission and community members.
  • For that you will need to keep track of the latest programmes and project developments by fostering a close communication stream with the various teams and accommodating their communication requests strategically
  • Strategic Positioning: Elevate B Lab Switzerland’s reputation as a driver for a sustainable development in Switzerland through an evidence based marketing strategy (performance analysis and adaptation). 
  • Social Media Analytics and Reporting: Regularly analyse social media performance metrics, generate reports, and use insights to optimise and enhance our social media strategies.
  • Website management: Keep our digital presence dynamic by updating content with new certified companies, partners, and articles that resonate with our audiences.
  • Storytelling for Impact: Create compelling narratives about innovative and inspiring members of our ecosystem, emphasising the business case for sustainability.
  • Media Relations: Assist in developing and managing relationships with the media, particularly local newspapers, to amplify our message.
  • Project Leadership: Take charge of smaller projects or project streams independently, bringing your own ideas to life.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, communications, marketing, social sciences or similar fields; or equivalent skill set acquired through job experiences;
  • Creative and Communicative: Should be a natural communicator, possessing innovative and creative ideas that will contribute significantly to B Lab’s mission and activities. The ability to engage and inspire others through effective communication is crucial.
  • Experience with managing social media channels, reporting and leveraging on social media statistics.
  • Proficient oral and copywriting skills in German with fluency in English; A good command of French is an added advantage but optional.
  • Digital skillset: Proficiency in Google Suite Applications, particularly Google Slides. Prior experience working with websites and picture/video editing tools (such as WordPress and Canva) is a plus;
  • Work Ethic: A proactive team player who can organise work independently. Should be self-motivated and able to manage tasks without constant supervision. 
  • Sustainability Interest: Demonstrated interest in sustainable development and social responsibility.


  • Start date: as soon as possible
  • Duration: a minimum of 6 months and, ideally, this will be the path to a possible permanent role.
  • Location: Zürich
